Tshiphiri Foundation's operating model

We aim to assist young women who are academically talented to pass matric and to pursue university opportunities whilst at the same time we equip them with all the resources, knowledge, and awareness they need to succeed.
Operating model:
1. Financial assistance: Funding that assist with tuition, books and a stipend
2. Mentoring Programs: workshops designed to teach basic life skills education, leadership development and self-confidence.
3. Post-high school support initiatives – assist with information, resources and any support needed to apply to university. Incudes job shadowing initiatives and career guidance
VISION
To raise of Independent, knowledgeable and confident young women to make an impact in their communities
MISSION
1. The organisation intends to expose young females to a world of possibilities by providing academic and social knowledge, soft skills, positive role models and opportunities to change their own circumstances.
2. To drive home the importance of dreaming and setting goals thereafter to assisting young women re ach those goals
3. Empower young women to be change agents and leaders in their respective communities (mostly under privileged communities)
OBJECTIVES
1. To assist more young women successfully enrol and complete university
2. To empower girls with knowledge and skills to enable them to be leaders in their chosen fields
